Every successful blogger should be constantly thinking “How to Drive Traffic to My Blog?”
More traffic means more engagement, better rankings and eventually more revenue. It’s much easier to make money when there are 100,000 visitors/month instead of 1,000 visitors/month.
Today I am shortly going to show how you can instantly drive lots of visitors to your website. Many of those visitors may become your subscribers and some of them may even buy some of your products.
By trying this trick the traffic is almost 100% guaranteed. I have tried it once and it’s the most read article on YourOnlineRevenue.com. The average time of that article is about 5 minutes. That’s a high average time! It means if someone has instantly gone away from the page, the other one has been on that page for 10 minutes.
The trick is called…
If you haven’t heard it before, I will explain briefly what do they mean.
Expert roundup is a post where you ask the same question(s) from many experts on a certain field. Then they give their answer and you collect all the answers, build one post which shows and summarizes all the answers.
For example, YourOnlineRevenue.com is all about internet marketing and making money online. One of the most important things in my field is to get ranked in Google in order to get organic traffic. That’s why I asked the experts, “How to Get Ranked #1 in Google?” (Read what 17 experts answered!)
I will give you examples further how to decide your roundup question and subject. But what are the benefits of the expert roundups?
Today in 2016 we have better ways to get in touch with any person in the world than ever in the human history. You have social medias, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, email and so on.
If you don’t know who are the experts, just make a few searches in Google and you will very quickly find people’s websites, contact forms and social media accounts. When you find one expert, you will soon find another one.
Then just send them your question. It’s just simple as that. You will be surprised how glad experts are to answer your question even though many of them are busy.
Remember these three things when contacting experts.
2.Keep your answers short enough.
3.Send a follow-up email if the expert doesn’t answer for the first one.
If you need more help on how to contact the experts, don’t hesitate to leave a question below in the comments.
Maybe you are wondering how people will notice your expert roundup. Let me give an example from my own experience.
One of the participants in my roundup was Chris Dreyer who has almost 100k followers on Twitter. After publishing my roundup, he shared the post on Twitter for his 100k followers. Then tens of his followers retweeted it and many of them clicked the link to see the post.
Many of the experts shared my roundup in Google+, Twitter and Facebook. They have tens thousands of followers who then shared it further and also clicked the link to read my post.
Experts want to share the article for many reasons
I think you are beginning to understand how many people will eventually see the roundup posts. 🙂
When I made my first roundup on YourOnlineRevenue I got an answer from 17 experts. Next time I am planning to gather more (50 or even 100) experts to get even more shares on social media and to drive even more traffic to my website.
Think how much traffic would even shares of 50 or 100 experts would give! We are talking about thousands or tens of thousands of visitors to one article.
The interview question must be very relevant and important to your website’s subject. If your website is about gym training, don’t ask about the best tennis rackets. Instead, you could ask for example, “What are your 3 favorite exercises in the gym?”
When the experts give their answers is easy to list their answer into a summary. For example in the following way:
Results from 20 experts. Favorite exercise in the gym:
1.Deadlift 15 points
2.Squat 13 points
3.Bench press 10 points
and so on.
If your blog is about traveling, you could ask 20 travel bloggers, “What is the best place where you have been in the world?”
If your blog is about losing weight, you could ask fitness bloggers or people who have lost weight, “What is the fastest way to lose weight?”
Use your imagination and make even better questions. I believe that you can make a wonderful roundup.
This is true. Making an expert roundup takes much more time than writing a normal article.
You need to send a question to experts, then send a follow-up to some of them, respond to their answers, gather their answers to one post and summarize their answers.
But everything worthwhile in life takes time. And think about the benefits.
I don’t know how many social shares you usually get by writing the normal article. But by making an expert roundup I can guarantee that you will get more traffic.
Think about the rewards: traffic, social shares, new connections with the experts, Google rankings, high-quality content and so on.
Probably you are somehow like me and you read lots of different blogs. Then you get many new ideas but forget them because you didn’t put it into practice right away. If so, let’s make the change.
Write down a plan and dates when you will
Write down the dates.
Then do it and let me know what kind of results did you get.
I hope this trick helps you to drive traffic to your blog. If you need any help or have a comment, don’t hesitate to leave them below and I will be more than happy to respond you personally.
PS.I got an idea to make a roundup from Wealthy Affiliate. Here is the article that inspired me, “A New Twist On Expert Roundup Posts – How To Get Hundreds Of Shares To Your Site“. If you don’t know what is Wealthy Affiliate, read my comprehensive review here.
Finding proper keywords is vital part of the successful online business. That’s why many people are asking, “How to find keywords for my website?”
I am going to explain the simple and effective process what I use myself in order to find powerful keywords to get ranked.
You can use the same process in your keyword research or you can just take some ideas from my process and apply them in your own work.
First of all, I log in to my account. If you don’t have your own account, you can create it for free.
Once I have logged in I can go straight to the keyword tool.
Wealthy Affiliate provides a lot of useful tools including the keyword tool.
Their keyword tool shows the accurate traffic, competition and some other things related to the keywords. But I’m mostly interested in the traffic and the competition because they are two the most important factors in choosing the right keyword.
I click the keyword tool on the left menu and start searching.
Step 3 – Write the Possible Keywords
Then I usually have in mind what kind of subject you are going to write about. You can also use many kinds of techniques to get some inspiration for writing.
Write your possible keyword and BANG!
The keyword tool shows you if the keyword is good or not.
If the traffic is less than 50 searches per month, I recommend searching for the other keywords because most of the time you can find the better ones. If the traffic is too little you will hardly get any new visitors to your website.
I recommend you to find the keywords where the traffic is more than 50. But sometimes 30 or even 20 can be okay if the competition is very low.
Let’s take for example the keyword of this post. I planned to write something about the process how do I find keywords and teach you to do the same.
I found the keyword “How Do I Find Keywords for My Website”. That sounds logical so then I started to analyze the competition and the traffic.
You can see in the picture that the keyword gets only 32 searches per month so I wasn’t very interested before I saw the competition.
Then I checked the competition and it showed the following:
When the traffic was 32 and the competition only 15 I decided to choose How Do I Find Keywords for My Website as a keyword of my post. It didn’t take a lot of time to find this one.
Then I decided to make the video of my keyword research and I found out the better keyword with 56 monthly searches and the competition only 10.
See the video below where I explain my keyword research and how I ended up changing the keyword of this post.
Here are 3 main principles to find the best keyword:
1.The keyword must make sense (=grammatically correct)
2.The competition must be less than 50. (Usually, I still prefer the keywords with the competition less than 30.)
3.The traffic must be more than 50 but sometimes any traffic is okay. (Don’t choose the keywords with the traffic less than 10.)
Then after choosing my keyword I use it in the title and in the first paragraph of my article. Then I write the rest of the text naturally. Usually, I happen to use the keyword in the text afterwards when I just write naturally but I don’t concentrate on it too much.
Placing your keyword in the title and in the first paragraph is enough.
The most important thing is not to put a lot of keywords in your text but to provide the best experience for the reader.
Remember that you are providing content for the real people who are searching something from the Internet. You are not writing for the bot, you are writing for the human.
Finding great keywords will become your second nature as you keep providing quality content and building your online business. In the beginning, it may take some time but when you get used to it, the process becomes faster and faster.
I hope this short tutorial helps you to find the best keywords for your website. Feel free to ask questions and leave comments below!
Which keyword tools do you use? Jaaxy, Wealthy Affiliate’s keyword tool or something else?
(Sometimes I use also keyword tool Jaaxy but today explained the process how I find keywords using Wealthy Affiliate’s keyword tool. One of the greatest benefits of Wealthy Affiliate’s keyword tool is that it’s included in the premium membership. In the other words, it’s free for the premium members.)
Today I’m going to give 5 benefits of social media marketing for bloggers. Read these carefully if you are a blogger and especially if you want to earn income from your blog.
Social media is an awesome tool for all bloggers and online marketers. You can engage with people, find new customers, market your brand and the sky is the limit.
1.More Traffic. You can share the links to your blog posts and articles. People in social media click those links which will mean more traffic to your blog.
You can use several ways to encourage people in social media to come to your website. For example use images, use questions and encourage action.
When people see that your content is valuable they will start to share your website in their social circle’s which allows you to get even more and more traffic.
2.More Customers. More traffic to your website will lead to more customers which will very probably lead to more revenue. Let’s say, for example, that the traffic of your blog is 5,000 visitors/month and 1% of them end up buying something. That makes 50 customers per month.
Then after social media marketing the traffic in your blog increases to 10,000/month and still 1% of them end up buying your product. Now you have already 100 customers every month.
3.Increased Brand Awareness. You can build your own brand in social media. Put your blog’s logo everywhere on the social networks. Leave tracks of your blog. And don’t worry that people will not get bored with your logo.
Think about Coca-Cola, for example. Everyone knows the brand. Why are they still marketing their brand everywhere? Because if they wouldn’t market it people would forget it over the time in the long run. But now when they put their ads everywhere and people can see their logo it’s easy to remember.
You can use the same strategy in your own social media marketing. Leave the tracks.
4.More Authority. More traffic, more customers and increased brand awareness. All of this will together lead to more authority. You will become better known in your niche and probably you can become a famous blogger.
It’s always beneficial to have more authority in the online world. People will trust you more, they will engage with you more and they will buy from you.
Become the authority. Continue building your blog and marketing it in the social media.
5.More Revenue. This is one of the most interesting parts. All 4 benefits that I mentioned before will eventually lead to more revenue. Social media marketing will allow you to earn more from your blog.
Sometimes you can even use some money for to market your blog in social media in order to get profit. Invest $10 in social media marketing and get $20 profit. But be careful when investing in social media marketing. You can end up losing money if you don’t know what you are doing.
Social media marketing can be ultimately the powerful tool for bloggers. I would say that it’s the must. Here is the little recap of the benefits so you can remember them better.
3.Increase Brand Awareness
I still want to highlight that social media marketing will be a powerful tool only if you use it in a right way. Scrolling Facebook’s news feed and watching useless Youtube videos for many hours IS NOT SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING. It’s only the waste of time.
You can end up spending hundreds of hours on social media if you don’t know the right way to use it.
You need to learn how to do social media marketing effectively. My favorite place to learn social media marketing for bloggers is Wealthy Affiliate.
Here are two powerful lessons of social media marketing. I’m sure that you will like them!
I hope that you find this article useful. Please share it on your social networks. 😉
If you have any questions or comments I’m more than happy to help you out and discuss with you.
Probably every online entrepreneur, blogger and affiliate marketer are asking themselves “How to get more visitors to my website?”
That is the crucial question because visitors are the key to earning online revenue and passive income.
Today I’m going to share what is the most important factor when you are attracting more visitors.
Content, content and content. The most uccessful online entrepreneurs talk over and over again about the importance of content. That is the key to success online.
The content of your website is your asset. When you have your own domain, you 100% own your content. But first a quick question.
“What is content?”
Content can be 700 words blog post, 3-minute video, appealing images, training tutorial, product review or anything between. (Extra tip, How to Make Your Content User-Friendly? 6 Tips for the Readable Text)
Some people think this way, “I want to earn money online. Okay, I’ll just put some fancy ads on my website. Then I do some social media marketing probably and the money will flow to my bank account.”
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The purpose of your content must always (ALWAYS) be adding value to people’s life. To fill some of their needs, help them, make their life better and so on.
For example, the purpose of my website YourOnlineRevenue.com is to help you to start earning money online. I provide tips and 1-on-1 mentoring for everyone who needs help on any subject related to earning money online.
The focus of your content must be helping people.
“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.” -Zig Ziglar
The highly successful online entrepreneur Jeff Bullas stated that the valuable content really attracts visitors to your page.
Once you have valuable content on your website, people are willing to share your pages with their friends, in the social media and they begin to trust you more.
As you have your own domain, the ownership of your website’s content is totally yours. When you add something to Facebook (or to other social medias) you always need to follow their regulations.
But in your own website you can do whatever you want. (And remember to provide value)
Think your website as building a house. Brick by brick it becomes more and more valuable. When you add more content to your website, the value of your asset rises.
It becomes more and more beautiful house (website). More and more people are willing to visit your house (website) and they are inviting their friends there also.
Solving problems work.
People are searching on the Internet help for many things. “How to earn money online?” “How to learn languages faster?” “How to boost my business?” “Which guitar should I buy?” and literally anything.
There are many answers that people want to find.
If you can provide the good answers for the people’s problems I can guarantee that you have the keys to success in your hands.
When someone is frustrated without finding the answers you can come and help him/her. Nothing works better that real helping.
Give them language learning tips, provide help with their business, help them with the music instruments. What is your strength? Use it!
Your content will compete with all the other content on the Internet. Why would people choose to read/watch your content? Probably you have done well SEO and now it can be found easily. But do you know what is probably the most powerful way to get visitor?
The most valuable content is something that other’s don’t provide. If you find the problem without an answer on the Internet you can jump because of the happiness.
There is your chance to succeed! Give valuable answers for that problem and you will succeed.
Let’s say that you have struggled with something before in your life without finding an answer from the Internet. Then you figured out the way. Now, share your tips for the others! They can be ultimately valuable.
I have learned the importance of content creation from Wealthy Affiliate. I realized that actually all of the successful online entrepreneurs talk about the importance of content.
Wealthy Affiliate is an awesome training community which provides awesome training and tools how to create valuable content and how to develop all the time.

What are your favorite ways to get more visitors to your website?
If you want to earn money online as an affiliate marketer, you may have asked yourself “How to Use Twitter for Affiliate Marketing?” Or in general, “How to use Twitter for social media marketing?
It’s a very relevant question and today you will get an answer!
First of all, I want to highlight why using Twitter can be beneficial for you.
Twitter is a huge potential for you as an affiliate marketer. But you need to use it properly.
Let’s say that you put your affiliate link on Twitter.
How probably will someone buy the product through that link?
Think about your Twitter feed. You see tens and hundreds of different tweets. In one of them is a link from a person that you don’t even know.
Okay, you still click the link because the text was intriguing. You end up with a page where you would need to buy something. Let’s say the link takes you straight to Amazon and shows you the product. Would you buy it? Quite probably not. One little link from someone who you doesn’t know to a random product. Doesn’t sound very effective.
Someone of many thousands could end up buying it but I can say that there is a more profitable way of using Twitter than throwing affiliate links here and there.
In order to succeed in any business, you need to build trust. The same applies to affiliate marketing.
There are many ways to build trust in the online world and on Twitter.
On Twitter, we usually trust more the people who have more followers (see Getting Twitter Followers Fast is Easier Than You Might Think! and How to Get More Twitter Followers Instantly? – 5 Ultimate Tips).
Would you trust more the guy who has 100 followers on Twitter or the guy who has 100,000 followers on Twitter? I would prefer the latter.
Another, probably one of the most efficient ways to build trust is to provide valuable content. We tend to trust more those people who have given us something.
We trust in people who are helping us.
Help people somehow. Give solutions to their problems. Usually, in one message of 140 characters, you can’t build the very deep connection with your audience. That’s one reason you need to be consistent in your tweets.
140 characters may not be enough but as you link people to your website they can read, see and hear tons of your content. They can see who you are and what are you providing.
That builds trust.
Let’s take an example. Let’s say that you are promoting Tennis rackets. Instead of throwing one Amazon link to Twitter you can put a link to your review of that racket.
In your review, you provide 1 000 words of analysis about the racket, show pictures of it and maybe a video of you using the racket. Does it build a little more trust?
One guy stops you in the street and says, “Buy this product, you will like it. It will make your life better.”
Your best friend shows you how a new product has helped him to have a better life. He explains how this product could help you also. Which one of the person’s would you trust more? Your best friend or the stranger in the street?
People like to listen to their friend’s advice. Our friend’s opinions’ have value. You can utilize this information in your affiliate marketing business. Build relationships with the people and they will trust you more.
Sincerely try to help them and provide them value. They become more interested in what you are providing and many times they are willing to help you back.
In the other words, send messages on Twitter, reply, retweet, link them to your website and so on.
Honestly, who likes the person who is always only selling some of his/her own products. Always the advertisements. Doesn’t sound very interesting.
Remember that you can use Twitter not only for selling.
This will also build trust because people don’t see you only as a guy who is always selling something. They see you as a normal person and hopefully as their friend.
1.Don’t only throw affiliate links
3.Link your own website
With these tips, you will get much further when using Twitter in social media marketing.

How do you use Twitter for affiliate marketing?
Update 26.12.2016. I have realized that on social media many different strategies can work. Even throwing the links can be quite effective. You can try what works the best for you and go for it. But remember to respect all other persons and provide them good value. That is the most important thing.
Today I also published a review about a wonderful social media automation tool called MassPlanner. It can literally boost your Twitter results!
As you may know most of the images in internet are copyrighted. In the same way texts are usually copyrighted as well. Still there are millions of images which are totally free to use and you can find them in seconds.
Adding relevant images to your website is highly important. People are visual by nature. We grow up by reading books with a lot of images and a visual characteristic never leaves us.
With good and relevant images you make your content more readable and attract more visitors. Relevant images make the text also easier to understand and to remember what you are saying. But where to find free images?
These are good examples of the ways you can find free high-quality images. There are other websites also but with in these websites you already have millions of images.
Many of the free images are very high-quality and taken by professionals so you don’t have to worry will you find good images. You will!
If you take own photos there is of course your personal touch and it can be fun. The drawback is that sometimes it may take more time and always the reward for the used time is not worth it. It depends what you are looking for but of course I encourage you to use the good quality images to make your website more appeal.
Did you know that you can also find free images from Google? I will give you step-by-step instructions.
1.Go to Google Images and click settings and Advanced Search
2.Type in the “all these words” box what do you want to search.
3.Scroll down and in the last “Usage rights” sections, use the drop-down to choose what kind of license you want to have for the images.
4.Click advanced search and you can see all the photos that are free to use. Here are three free examples that I found from Google with the search “Images”. What do you think about the quality? I think it’s good enough :).
I use Google search many times because it gathers photos from many different websites so I can spare my time when I don’t have to search photos from many sites. Still I sometimes use other sites mentioned above to find more exact, relevant or higher quality photos.
I just want to mention that there are different rules in different sites so you may want to read the rules before using the images from the new site.
Sometimes happens that someone adds images to a “royalty free” sites even though he/she doesn’t have copyright for the photo. It’s hard to know when this has happened but just be careful when you are using free photos.
There are also a lot of paid photos in internet but in my opinion there are enough free photos to use. But ifyou need really world-class quality photos for something particular it’s also possible to buy them from internet. If you are interested in photographing you can also start your own business by selling photos in internet but there’s a lot of competition.
I hope you found this article helpful! If you have any questions or comments, leave them below!
