Most of the products sold by Avisae include weight loss vitamins, powders, and enzymes. They can be purchased in packages at varying price ranges for interested customers and representatives. Avisae works on an MLM and IBO (Independent Business Owner) system to get customers to become representatives that meet sales quotas every month.

Some of the lower-priced packages aren’t too expensive, but if you want to see any real profits you’ll have to expect to spend a lot.
Are Avisae products healthy? It’s difficult to tell. Avisae claims that their product formulas are healthy, and that “innovation and collaboration amongst the scientific community will keep Avisae ahead of the product development curve”.
This vague statement implies that they are afraid to reveal the most major ingredients of their formulas, which sends up more red flags to those who are especially interested in finding good nutritional products for their health.
This isn’t necessarily a fair system. Plus, you have to purchase 100 or more BPV in monthly auto-ship products on a consistent basis in order to remain as an active rep. Otherwise, you’ll get punished and have your rights and your commissions taken away. This is where Avisae goes from a bad MLM company to a downright scam.
If you fail to meet the quota of selling enough products, you won’t be able to continue selling. Not to mention there’s an annual fee on top of this constant pressure to purchase, making it even harder on your pocketbook. It isn’t necessarily the easiest program to get started with, nor is it the best to stay put with either.

The starter kit itself only comes with marketing materials and random products. This isn’t much to go on, and a potential rep can’t really profit off of this. It costs $49, which is essentially just the price of the enrollment fee. You are also prompted to buy an Elite Business Builder package, which costs $1300.
There are many requirements you have to meet in order to remain in the system. You can either generate 150 PBV every month for your sales, or you have to buy 100 BPV of products on a monthly basis.
You’re either paying the monthly auto-ship 12 times a year, or you just forfeit your commissions altogether. This makes Avisae appear to be a shady MLM for some people.

This is one of the most long-winded compensation plans we have seen in our review of dozens and dozens of MLM companies. Essentially, the videos above explain that there are many different ways to get paid as an IBO, but it also proves that it’s hard to trust Avisae as a reliable way to make money.
Your personal sales can give you up to 25% monthly commission, and while that may seem like a lot, it is actually very little. The best way to make money through Avisae is to work the MLM structure system in place.
You need to ascend the ranks, as you do in most pyramid schemes, in order to recruit more members and generate more product sales. The bigger volume of sales you accumulate on your ‘team’, the more commissions you’ll earn each month.
If you don't like recruiting I recommend avoiding MLM-companies and making money online using better strategies.
It can be argued that one factor setting Avisae apart from most other pyramid schemes is the fact that the sales representative does not have to solely rely on team building to make money, because selling to the general public is still an option.
However, it’s clear to anyone who has been in the IBO field before that the real money comes from team building, essentially forcing the sales rep into a pyramid scheme anyway.
Most reps who have had experience with this company will still refer to it as a pyramid scheme, as it can be increasingly difficult to climb the bonus ladders and make any kind of worthwhile profits.
At a certain point, you would imagine that Avisae would be filled with much more sales people than actual sales of the products themselves.
This is because the financial incentives to recruit a team are much higher than the incentives to sell outright. Eventually, Avisae is faced with an inflation where they can no longer support their sales reps, which in turn make them lose out on their monthly commission chances.
Avisae is not an illegal pyramid scheme. They have been operating more than 5 years and they provide real products that provide value.
That being said, you need to keep in mind that recruiting plays a big role in any network marketing/MLM company. If you want to make big money, you must climb the pyramid ladder all the way to the top.
Some people find it quite controversial while other people don't have any problem with the nature of multi-level marketing. It's of course up to you to decide whether or not network marketing is ethically correct.
Personally, I am not a big fan of network marketing. One of the main reasons is that they are often selling overpriced products just to give bigger profits for the members.
My personal opinion is that there are better options out there.
Avisae products and the system are providing some value but another question is whether the value that they provide is enough or not.
I use protein and some other health supplements regularly but I don't usually ever buy them from MLM-companies.
The reason is that companies like Avisae tend to put some extra to their prices. If I just buy the similar products from "normal" companies that don't do multi-level marketing, I get them for a way cheaper price.

The major difference between Take Shape for Life and Optavia is that Take Shape for Life was part of another company called Medifast. That company was founded already a couple of decades ago in 1980.

Optavia provides for their meal replacement products 30 day money-back guarantee which gives security for their clients. If you don't like their products for any reason, you will get a refund.
This of course a positive thing and it's also shows that Optavia believes in their own products because they are willing to give you a refund if you're not satisfied.
CONS:
This is pretty typical for multi-level marketing companies in the health and wellness industry.
They often have overpriced products so they are able to pay better commissions to their promoters. However, expensive products are one of the main reasons why I am not a big fan of Optavia.
Of course, they claim that they have the best products in the industry but that's also what all the other companies are saying.

Then if you want to continue the meal replacement plan new need to buy it again every single month. The costs will quickly add up to thousands of dollars.
Especially if you want to buy the products also to your family members. Let's say that you have a wife and one children. You may easily spend more than $1,000 every month just for Optavia meal replacements.
As I told you above, I'm an avid supporter of for the last time and I regularly use protein shakes.
However, I personally think that meal replacement should not be a long-term solution and they should not be your primary way of getting nutrition and energy.
You need real food to fuel your body.

So, next time when a health coach comes to teach you about the nutrition, check if his only qualification is a "Google Health Degree".
I noticed that many people were searching on Google, "Is Optavia a pyramid scheme?" The answer is: NO, Optavia is NOT a pyramid scheme.
I've seen that network marketing companies like Optavia are often related to the pyramid schemes because their compensation plan forms a pyramid.
However, an illegal pyramid scheme is a system that does not provide real products and value to their customers. Optavia is not like that because they have real products and the system is not only based on recruiting new members.
