What Is SurveySavvy?

SurveySavvy is, as its name already says, a survey site that pays you for answering online surveys. You have probably seen similar websites in the past and tried some of them. I have tried something like 70-80 different survey sites until today.

You can find the best survey sites here. However, I explain in the article why survey sites are not worth it. I came to the same conclusion with SurveySavvy as well. Still, I will explain how the process of making money on SurveySavvy works.

You can earn $1-2 per answered survey which sounds good at first. But there are a few things that you should know about SurveySavvy.

How Does SurveySavvy Work?

First, you need to sign up and create a profile. This takes probably just 30 seconds or so. Then they send you a confirmation message to your email and by clicking the link you can confirm your account.

Now you are supposed to receive your first surveys and start earning money but it isn’t that simple. You need to keep on waiting until they have the first surveys available for you. However, it can take a long while.

When you get your first survey you are supposed to answer their questions diligently. But I want to let you know that you will be disqualified from most surveys because they want to have very targeted people to answer them.

It means that you answer a few pre-qualifying questions and then they show you a message, “Unfortunately you weren’t qualified for this survey. Try again next time.” You can imagine your feeling after trying to qualify more than 5 surveys and you always get the same message and earn $0.

If you have finally… Finally, qualified to some surveys and earned a few bucks you can cash out your money. But do notice that you don’t get the money immediately through PayPal because they don’t have such option. They only pay by paper check and it can take up to 3 months that you get the payment after you’ve reached their payment limit (which is fortunately only $1).

At this point you may be asking, are there any better ways to earn money on SurveySavvy. The answer is, not really. But they do have a referral program and I’ll explain how it works.

SurveySavvy Referral Program

SurveySavvy works like any other referral/affiliate program. You share your link with your friends and followers. They sign up and earn money through SurveySavvy and then you earn a commission.

An interesting thing is that they have a 2 tiered referral program that helps you to earn not only earn a fee from your direct referrals (people who you’ve invited), but also from the referrals of your referrals (so from people they invited as well).

If you really want to try SurveySavvy, then you can use my referral link to support my blog. But as I said above, I don’t use this website myself and I think it’s not worth it.

 

SurveySavvy Reviews & Complaints

I wanted to take a look what other people are thinking about SurveySavvy and if they are enjoying this website. However, I became obvious quite quickly that also other bloggers and SurveySavvy users admit that the earning potential is too low.

Some websites may share their referral link in order to earn money through referrals but honest bloggers don’t seem to promote SurveySavvy for their audience.

There are 128 reviews of SurveySavvy on SurveyPolice in total and the average rating is only around 2 out stars out of 5. That’s very bad because most services get 3-5 stars. It’s quite rare to see any website getting so low rating like SurveySavvy.

I want to show you a couple of examples of newest user reviews:

Notice that all these reviews are written in this month August 2017. I couldn’t find any recent review that would have given SurveySavvy more than 2 stars out of 5. That’s a big sign for you and me that we definitely shouldn’t use this website.

Conclusion – Is SurveySavvy Worth It?

SurveySavvy is not a blatant scam but as we clearly saw on SurveySavvy reviews, it’s still just a waste of time. I’m not going to waste even a single minute more on their website and I recommend that you don’t use it either.

You may be wondering why am I so “negative” with survey sites. Well, the truth is that I believe that every day and every hour is important. You have only one life so why would you waste it answering online surveys that pay only $5 per month.

Some people say they just make some extra income and relax while answering surveys. Well, why wouldn’t you relax and make 10 times more extra income by doing much more interesting activities online?

I find affiliate marketing fascinating because you can build your business literally without any initial investments. Still, you can see your business growing all the time and more income coming in. During the past months, the traffic of YourOnlineRevenue.com has literally skyrocketed because more and more people are finding our site. It also means that more people learn how to earn money online.

Which one would you prefer? Is MegaTypers a Scam or Legit? That’s a question you should ask yourself before using endless hours trying to earn money through their website. They promise you good earnings (up to $250 per month) on their homepage but is MegaTypers an honest company?

In this review, I’m gonna explain how you can make money through their website and how big is your earning potential. I’ll also show what other reliable online marketers and normal people are saying about this website.

Short Review: It’s possible to earn money on MegaTypers by solving captchas but your hourly “salary” will be only something like $0,10-0,50 per hour. You can earn more by referrals but that’s also quite time-consuming and earning potential is much lower than on many other websites.

Just one quick comparison: Top earners on MegaTypers earn $250 per month while top earners on Wealthy Affiliate make tens of thousands of month. I gathered 5 examples on this article. All of them make +$10,000/month online.

What Is MegaTypers?

MegaTypers is a website that pays their members for solving captchas. If you don’t know what they are captchas, I recommend taking a look this article where I explain what they are. MegaTypers is a quite similar website to 2Captcha where your earning potential isn’t very huge.

But why are they advertising $200-250 monthly earnings on their homepage? Are they really possible? Yes, it’s possible to earn $200 per month with MegaTypers and I’ll explain further how and whether it’s worth trying or not.

In my opinion, company’s name MegaTypers is a bit misleading because at least I thought it would be something related to writing. I thought it’s a freelance marketplace and you could earn money by writing articles for clients. But no. It’s a website where you will solve captchas. What do you think about their name? Is it misleading also in your opinion?

How to Make Money on MegaTypers?

You will be given a captcha image after another. You need to solve them as quickly as you can. The faster you solve, the more money you can potentially earn. You will earn $0,45-1,5 for solving 1,000 captcha images.

I know it doesn’t sound very much because it isn’t. It will most likely take several hours to solve 1,000 captchas and earn $0,45-1,5. In the other words, your “salary” will be clearly below $0,50 per hour. My estimation is that most people earn something like 10-20 cents per hour on MegaTypers.

Are there other ways to earn money on MegaTypers? Yes, they have a referral program and we’re gonna take a closer look at it now.

MegaTypers Referral Program – Earn 10% for Referral’s Earnings

In order to sign up to MegaTypers, you need an invitation code from a current member. My invitation code is, for example, “DH8S”. You can use that for signing up if you want to try their service. Then I will earn 10% of all of your earnings. When you earn $10 I get $1. If you earn as much as $100, I get $10 passive income.

Is MegaTypers Referral program as good as it sounds? Well, not really. You would need to have hundreds of referrals to earn any significant income. MegaTypers says that their top earners are making +$200 per month. I assume that those guys have thousands of referrals.

Why would you aim for $200 per month when you can earn much more on other services. Top earners on MegaTypers earn $200 per month but on Wealthy Affiliate, top earners are already multimillionaires. Of course, it’s a completely different to earn money through affiliate marketing than solving captchas. Affiliate marketing is for those people who really want to earn good money but captchas are just for people who just want to kill their time somehow.

Megatypers Reviews & Complaints

There are tens of reviews of MegaTypers on the Internet and I was curious to see what other people are saying about their service. Other people had also come to a conclusion that MegaTypers isn’t worth it.

There are 28 MegaTypers reviews on SiteJabber.com and most of them gave the website only 1 star out of 5. Only 5 people gave MegaTypers 4 or 5 stars and it seems that they just don’t know about more profitable ways to earn money online.

Many people reported that MegaTypers can ban and freeze your account when you are about to withdraw some money. Then they can reduce your balance from $5 to $0,50 or something similar. Imagine that you have used endless hours to earn that $5 on MegaTypers and then they just ban your account. I don’t know why they are doing it but it seems that they are not very legitimate.

Some rumors say that MegaTypers would be closing their service soon. I don’t have any official information about that. If you know something about it, I would love to hear in the comments below.

All in all, most MegaTypers reviews can be summed up in 2 sentences:

1. “They pay extremely little money.”
2. “When you reach your cash out limit MegaTypers is gonna ban your account.”

I still want to mention that some people have cashed out money from MegaTypers but there are not any guarantees.

Conclusion – Is Megatypers Worth It?

MegaTypers is not worth the hassle. It would take so much time to earn your first dollars and still you can’t be sure whether they’re gonna pay you or not. As we saw above, many accounts were banned just right when they were supposed to get paid.

If you are looking for earning money by writing articles, you can use for example these websites:

• HireWriters
• iWriter
• Fiverr

All of them are reliable companies and pay their writers honestly. I have used them a lot of buying articles for my websites. If you’re a good writer, you will find small business owners who are willing to pay you quite well for writing articles.

However, I don’t myself earn money as a freelance writer anymore. I got offered some gigs recently but I turned them off because I prefer earning passive income through affiliate marketing. It’s much more profitable in the long run and also highly rewarding. Every word you write adds up and build your own business.

Is It Profitable to Solve Captchas for Earning Money Online?

There are several similar websites to MegaTypers where you can earn money by solving captcha codes. However, my experiences show that kind of websites usually never pay you enough. They are even worse than survey sites if we think about the earning potential.

You can’t reach even $1 per hour salary by solving captchas. In my opinion, that’s quite bad. A much wiser choice would be to go to work to McDonald’s. 😉 But of course, there are many great ways to earn money online that are way more profitable than McDonald’s.

I would like to remind you about the important principle: “Easy comes, easy goes.” Anything worthwhile in life requires work and efforts. That’s why you can’t earn a good income by filling out captchas or answering online surveys. They offer so-called “easy money” but the downside is that easy money doesn’t equate to a big amount of money.

Jim Rohn and his mentor Earl Shoaff shared always the following principle, “You earn based on the value that you bring to the marketplace.” The more value you bring, the more money you earn. What are the ways that you could increase your value?

Music Xray is a website where you can earn money by listening to music. There are a few similar services on the Internet. You may know Slice the Pie, for example. As you can already assume, earning potential with such websites is very small. In my opinion, it’s mainly a psychological trick to get more members.

If you are an artist or an aspiring musician, you can get feedback for your songs through Music Xray. It naturally costs something but it can be worth it if you get great feedback from listeners.

On the other hand, many members join Music Xray mainly because they hope to earn some extra cash instead of giving you the best feedback. It means that feedback for your songs can be sometimes quite monotonic: “Great song. I like it.” “Thank you for creating this song.” But of course, some members give more valuable feedback.

Next, we’ll take a closer look at the process of making money on Music Xray.

How to Make Money on Music Xray?

Let’s go through the process of making money on Music Xray step-by-step.

1.Register

Naturally, you need to register first. You can choose from 3 different account types: Music Artist, Music Fan or Music Industry Professional. If you want to earn some extra cash with Music Xray, you would choose Music Fan. Other two account names are quite self-explanatory.

You need to choose your favorite genres and bands before you will get any new offers. Then you have a chance to get their offers but you still need to wait for a while. Music Xray will send you email invitations so that you can listen to new songs. It may take a moment or two.

2.Wait for Their Emails

When the time passes you will get offers to your email for listening to new songs. Then you’ll click their link and start listening.

3.Listen to Songs and Give Feedback

You need to listen to one song at least 30 seconds before you can give feedback. They ask you a couple of questions so the artist will get some valuable insights about their song. For each song that you listen, you will earn $0,10 = 10 cents. Sounds like easy money but read further to find out if it really is.

4.Cash Out!

Music Xray has a payout minimum of $20. It means that you need to give feedback to at least 200 songs before you can get any money out of their website. You can imagine how much time it will take. You will need to check your emails regularly, listen to songs, answer their questions, etc… 200 times! Before earning your first dollars. (They will pay you through PayPal.

Music Xray Reviews & Complaints

I have read several reviews of Music Xray. I’m always interested in hearing what other people have to say about these money-making opportunities. Here are some phrases what people said. I have added my comments below their reviews.

• “It’s fun to earn money by listening to music.”

If it really is fun, you can go for it. However, you should think it rather as a hobby that takes your resources (time) rather as a good money-making possibility.

• “The payout is so small that I’m just wasting my time.”

Many members realize that Music Xray pays only very little. Even though you could earn 10 cents for each song that you listen to, there are not enough songs available for you.

• “No songs available. I can’t earn anything!”

In Music Xray, you need to patiently wait for new songs and opportunities. They don’t offer you new songs all the time. If you could listen to their songs non-stop, you could earn almost $5 per hour. But in reality, your earnings with Music Xray are closer to $1 per hour.

• “I couldn’t listen to a song even though they sent me an offer.”

If you want to listen to Music Xray songs, you need to be checking your email regularly. Otherwise, offers are gone when faster members go and check the offers first. Checking emails all the time to look for Music Xray offers can be a huge time-waster and a distraction if you would like to concentrate on more important things.

All in all, Music Xray reviews are not very positive. Have a look, for example, in the picture below. The payout is even smaller than in online surveys and you can’t earn passive income through Music Xray.

Conclusion – Is Music Xray Legit Or a Scam?

Music Xray pays their members so it’s definitely a legitimate company. However, I am not using their services myself because the pay out is so small. There are a million more profitable ways to earn money online.

I enjoy listening to music and it would be nice to get paid for that but with Music Xray, you will only earn something very little. I’d rather divide my time like this: 1.Work to earn money and 2.Listen to music to relax. Then I will earn many times more than I would make from Music Xray and I’ll enjoy the music more as well.

With Music Xray, you need to accomplish several other tasks in addition to listening to music. Check your email regularly, click their emails, give feedback and ratings, etc.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I have seen so many survey sites and nowadays I am not using any of them because rewards are so small.

What Is E-Rewards? – A Website That Connects Companies and Individuals

E-Rewards is a survey website which is connecting 1.companies that want to get feedback on their products and 2.individual people who have been using them.

E-Rewards has been operating in the survey industry already almost for two decades. It’s a huge time while most businesses fail during their first years. They have also partnered up with other successful companies like Etihad Airways, Best Buy, American Airlines and so on.

After answering surveys you will earn gift cards and rewards for those companies. Next, I’ll explain to you how E-Rewards works in practice.

How Does E-Rewards Work?

First, you will sign up to their website if you are living in one of the following countries (see the picture below). However, you need to get an invitation first from some of their partner companies in order to join.

Then you’ll wait that they send you survey invitations to your email. In the message, they’ll display how much time the survey will take and how much money you are going to earn by answering it.

It varies how many survey invitations you’ll receive each month but usually, it’s something like 3-5 surveys per each month. The length of surveys varies a lot. Some of them take only 2 minutes while other ones may take even 45 minutes to fill out.

You don’t get paid immediately after each survey because you need to reach their cash out limit first. For some companies, the limit is $25 and sometimes the cashout limit is even $60. However, most of the time you don’t get paid by cash but you’ll get gift cards to their partner companies.

Is It Possible to Earn Rewards with E-Rewards?

Yes, it is. Below you can see a video where a lady shows gift cards that she earned from E-Rewards. (In the beginning of the video she shows gift cards from other survey site and later gift cards from E-Rewards.)

Before watching the video I want to remind you that she and other people can show how much they have earned with E-Rewards but that doesn’t tell the whole story. People could have spent so much time for earning measly $25.

How Much Money Can You Earn with E-Rewards?

Do you want an honest answer?

Not much.

Making money with E-Rewards is very tedious and slow. It’s not even like building a business where you could earn only a little in the beginning but later on. Instead, you will always earn only a little sum of money and you’ll never get a “raise”.

It’s the same story like with any other online survey site. Lots of efforts but very little rewards. However, there is one positive thing on E-Rewards compared to most other survey sites. They pay you something even though you wouldn’t have been qualified for a survey.

Do you know the feeling when you have answered a survey and after a while, they say you, “Unfortunately you weren’t qualified this time? Try another survey!” Then you just wasted your time. Even though E-Rewards gives you a little reward for those surveys that you didn’t qualify your earning potential is still ultimately low. E-Rewards Referral Program – Doesn’t Exist for Individuals

Most survey sites have a referral/affiliate program where you can earn money by referring new people to their websites. I found that E-Rewards doesn’t have such a system which is a good thing in my opinion. Why?

I have noticed that when a company has a referral program many people will write dishonest and even fake reviews in order to earn money when people join that website. I have made a commitment that I never recommend something that I couldn’t use myself or something that I think that doesn’t improve your quality of life.

That’s why I am leaving money on the table even though I know that I could earn quite a lot of money by recommending survey sites for my audience. My goal is to make this world a better place and to have a positive impact on you, not to make the most money if it’s dishonest. It’s a bit sad to see that some people are doing it.

In my opinion, survey sites are not worth it so I don’t see a good reason why I would recommend them for you.

E-Rewards Reviews – Almost All of Them Are Negative

E-Rewards is already an old company in the Internet space there are hundreds of reviews made by their (ex-)members. Most of those reviews have been negative and people don’t seem to enjoy E-Rewards’ services.

Let me summarize a little bit what kind of ratings they have received on different platforms:

• 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp.com Based on 66 reviews
• 2,1 out of 5 stars on SurveyPolice.com Based on 296 reviews
• 1,6 out of 5 stars in SiteJabber.com Based on 36 reviews
• 9 out of 9 negative reviews on BBB (Better Business Bureau)
• BBB Rating B- on a scale from A+ to F

I think those numbers itself show us that using E-Rewards is just a waste of time. Usually, survey sites get 3-5 stars on those websites even though the earning potential would be very small. Now you can imagine how little money you can possibly earn on E-Rewards.

Let’s have a look at a few examples of E-Rewards complaints. There are 164 complaints of E-Rewards on BBB website already and much more on other websites.

I think that these negative reviews convince anybody that E-Rewards is not worth it.

Conclusion – Is E-Rewards a Scam Or Legit?

E-Rewards is not a scam. They have been in the business almost for two decades and they would have been wiped out already years ago if they would be a scam. However, there are so many reasons why people I don’t recommend using their service.

Many people have reported that their account balance on E-Rewards shows $60 but in reality, they were able to get only a $25 gift card. Where did that $35 disappear? Who knows? It’s probably one of E-Rewards’ ways to trick people. E-Rewards make people believe that they would have earned more than they actually did.

That’s actually a trick that most survey sites are using. Many survey sites give you points instead of money. They don’t want to show that you only earned $0,01 or $0,02 so they give you 100 and 200 points which sounds much nicer.

If you prefer earning dollars than cents, I recommend that you have a look at better programs for making money online. My #1 recommendation is Wealthy Affiliate because their program taught me how I could earn a living online. It’s not a get rich quick scheme but their program really works. More than 850,000 people have already used it and many of them have been able to quit their 9 to 5 job because they were able to earn good money online.

They have low rewards, only a few surveys available and many times you get disqualified after answering a few questions. Peanut Labs belongs to the paid survey category where individuals are given the opportunity to give their opinions. These opinions are important in the growth of the business as it gives them more insight into how people respond to their goods and services.

Participants are paid for taking surveys by answering questionnaires, trying out new products. They can also visit new websites of companies who need the feedback and also to attract new customers.

Peanut Labs was founded in 2007 by a group of entrepreneurs who specialize in market research and advertising. The company headquarters is located in San Francisco, CA.

How to Get Started with Peanut Labs?

While many online surveys require that you sign up directly with the company via their website, Peanut Labs has a different method.

Their strategy for gaining new members can be considered as smart and hassle-free if you look at it in a larger sense. So, when you visit their website, you are not going to find any “SIGN UP” or “REGISTER” section. Do not let that confuse you.

Instead of registering directly on their website, Peanut Labs is partners with many companies. Through this partnership, Peanut Labs is able to embed their rewards system within different company websites.

Peanut labs partners with a number of GPT (get-paid-to) sites like Swagbucks, Cashcrate, Inbox Pounds/Dollars, as well as InstaGC. All that you need to do is sign up with websites that have Peanut Labs integration and find links that will lead you to Peanut Labs website.

When you get to the Peanut Labs website, you will be asked to complete a profile questionnaire. This is a necessary step before you can begin to participate in Peanut Lab surveys.

Peanut Labs has a sharing formula with third parties. This allows them to cast a wider net and benefit from a larger audience. This makes their partnership profitable for the parties involved.

The reward program is one that allows its members to partake in market research activities and purchase products at a discount. It also allows users to sign up for free trials, watch free videos, and download apps.

How Can You Participate Surveys to Earn Money?

Participating Peanut Lab surveys can be extremely difficult. Depending on your demographics, you may not be lucky to participate in as many surveys as possible.

Partaking in surveys require that you first take a survey that serves as a form of qualification exercise. If you are lucky to get picked, you can then participate in their surveys.

I tried out one of their partners called Cash for Apps. There was a link with a text, “Earn money by answering surveys.” I clicked the link and was headed to Peanut Labs’ website but none of the surveys were available at the moment.

Anyway, sometimes there are a few surveys available. This video is created by Peanut Labs team and it will walk you through you can answer surveys on their website to earn money.

Is Peanuts Lab a High Paying Online Survey?

Peanut Labs claims to offer mouth-watering rewards for their surveys. This claim can be backed up by the $10 million yearly reward they claim to pay out yearly. In reality, it is not as juicy as they say it is.

Be prepared to work and get paid very little, that is if you get any surveys. The rewards are literally peanuts and are nothing to leave your job for. There are no big breaks with Peanut Lab surveys as the earning potential is very little.

Considering the fact that it is already difficult to qualify for their surveys, how many surveys do you reckon you will be offered monthly?

Let’s talk a little bit actual amounts on how much you could earn. Here are some examples of their payouts:

• $0,53 for a 20-min survey
• $0,33 for a 10-min survey
• $0,47 for a 17-min survey
• and the highest offer that I have seen was $0,79 for 15-min survey

Let’s imagine that you could earn $0,79 each 15 minutes on Peanut Labs. It would make your hourly salary $3,16. However, even that income is impossible on Peanut Labs for several reasons.

First of all, you won’t have so highly paying surveys available all the time (actually most of them won’t pay even a half of that money). Second, you won’t be qualified to all surveys. So, sometimes you will waste time starting the survey and answering a few questions until they say that you were not qualified.

Peanut Lab Complaints – “Hard to Participate in Surveys”

There are quite a number of complains about Peanut Labs surveys. Majority of the complaints have been related to the fact that it is difficult to qualify for surveys. Another complain that is common is that Peanut Labs does not credit people for participation.

Some users have also complained that the rewards in Peanut Labs are extremely small, even way below minimum wage. So if you are looking to earn some good money online, Peanut Labs may not do it for you.

Peanut Labs reviews are mostly negative. It’s even a bit challenging to find some positive reviews from their users.

I don’t want to end up spending hours of my day just to realize that you’ve been scammed or I earned only a few dollars of that work.

Conclusion – Are Peanut Lab Offers Worth It?

Remember that Peanut Lab are affiliated with many companies that are looking for new customers. Therefore, many of their offers are going to involve giving them your information for other companies as well. In other words, Peanut Lab is only linking you up with companies who are looking to sell their products and services indirectly.

For instance, many of their offers can come as free trials which require your credit card details. In many cases you may forget to cancel auto renewal, hence you become a customer or member unknowingly when your free trial is up.

Some offers may come in the form of buying products with a promise of profits. At the end of the day, they aren’t really worth anything.

If you have done a thorough research about Peanut Labs, you should already be wary of the company. Therefore, it is never safe to purchase products and services through a reward program that is not trusted. Better safe than sorry.

Other offers come as prizes that you need to enter for. They will ask for your contact details such as your telephone and email. The information you provide will be used by companies to market their products and services to you. Think about all those annoying text messages and email promotions that you receive regularly.

Summa summarum: Stay away from Peanut Labs. If you are interested in making money online, it’s better stick to more reliable companies like Wealthy Affiliate. Their step-by-step training has allowed me and thousands of other people to become a full-time bloggers and earn a living on the Internet.

For the most part, PineCone Research rewards you with points for every survey you complete and you can redeem the points as money or a broad variety of gift cards.

Let’s go through 3 ways to make money with their website:

• Surveys

You’re eligible to get a minimum of $3 to $5 per survey, and most surveys take up to 15 minutes or more to complete. The thing is, you’re not likely to have a high survey invite rate. This is primarily because they know your demographics and will not send you surveys you’re unlikely to qualify for. Members can receive their payment via PayPal or cheque, and there’s no minimum redemption rate.

• Product Testing

I’m pretty sure you’ll like this feature as you’ll get to test a product, write a review and get paid after you submit the same. These products can range from beauty products to electronics and more.

You may remember from our Product Testing UK review, it can take lots of time to get any products for testing. If you would have worked the same amount of time, you could have already bought the product easily.

• Sweepstakes

There are also some draws where you stand a chance to win up to $500 every second week after a survey. This is like playing the lottery. So, your earnings don’t depend on your skills but your luck.

I don’t depend on luck with making money online. I believe in hard work because it seems to give the most reward and my income is growing every month. One of my goals is, of course, reach +$10,000/month mark like many other members of Wealthy Affiliate.

How Much Money Can You Make with Pinecone Research?

I guess that you are interested in hearing the exact dollar amounts of your earning potential in Pinecone Research. Well, the short answer is that can earn something but not very much.

Let’s say that you earn $3 for a survey and it takes 15-30 minutes to fill out. It means that your hourly salary is $6-12 per hour which sounds amazingly good. However, that’s possible only in theory. In practice, your earning potential is much, much smaller.

You need to wait that they send you new surveys to your email and it can take time. Recently their members have been reporting that they haven’t received even a single survey for the whole month. So, instead of $6-12/hour, you would be earning less than $5 per month.

Pinecone Research Cash Out – Cash Out and Rewards

A great thing about their service is that you can cash out immediately after one survey because they don’t have a cashout limit. You can take the money directly to PayPal, by check to your home or you can take gift cards to many different places like Amazon, Starbucks, iTunes, etc.

However, we can quickly see that Pinecone Research won’t make you a living. It’s probably not worth your time.

You would need to spend time for signing up. Then it takes a part of your thoughts and distracts from more important things of life.

Pinecone Research Reviews – The Reputation Is Going Down 

You may have seen that the average rating of Pinecone research is 3,9 out of 5 stars in Surveypolice based on more than 500 hundreds reviews. It sounds pretty good but it doesn’t convince me because I have seen the same happening also on other survey sites which pay less than $2 for hour’s work.

Did you pay attention what most recent reviews are saying about Pinecone Research? Most of the people are giving them the worst rating saying, “It used to be a better service”. Let’s have a look.

Dan was very unsatisfied with Pinecone Research after their changes. Notice that his review was written only a few weeks ago in June 2017. The next review from Joe is even more recent and it was written in 24.6.2017.

This takes your time without any benefit because you try to take a survey but end up reading a text, “You were not qualified for this survey. Better luck next time.” Or something similar.

Tellwut stands for “tell us what you think.” It’s an online survey company that gives you the opportunity to earn points for completing and creating surveys. Once the points grow to a certain level, you’ll be able to redeem the same for gift cards including Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks and the like.

Furthermore, Tellwut is sure to come in handy for businesses looking to get respondents for their market research. They’ll also need to subscribe to the website to use its services.

How Does Tellwut Work? – Free and Easy-to-Use

Membership on Tellwut is free; in essence, it’s not a “pay to join survey site” like Gold Opinions. You’ll get to log in to the site after verifying your email and start taking surveys. When you sign up, you also get a sign-up bonus of 100 points.

The good thing is, most of the surveys are short — containing just four to five questions. This is sure to work great for people with limited time as well as those that hate the idea of spending unnecessary amount of time taking surveys. Another thing is, everyone is likely to qualify for the surveys irrespective of their demographics. NOTE: Only if you are living in the U.S. or Canada!

One good thing about Tellwut is that they care about user engagement. In other words, most of the surveys are crafted by other members of the website — so you can expect them to be a lot more fun than your regular market research survey.

Furthermore, users claim that Tellwut has a lot of surveys and you won’t have to wait for an email to take surveys. In essence, members can access the site at anytime they want and participate in surveys for a few points a day. This means that you can take surveys every other day and earn a couple of gift cards (there’s no cash option!).

How to Make Money with Tellwut?

Tellwut won’t earn you something reasonable enough to replace your regular income (Not even close). You can join them if you’re looking to get a couple of gift cards for some of your basic needs. As I mentioned earlier, Tellwut rewards you with points for every relevant action taken on their site.

You’ll get to earn 100 points after signing up to the website, and you can also get extra 200 points when you give them a little more information about yourself. One good thing is, Tellwut doesn’t disqualify anyone for taking surveys but you have to put in a lot of time to get enough points to cash out.

For the most part, you’ll need to get up to 4000 to cash out for a $10 gift card. So we can quickly calculate that $1 equals to 400 points.

You should also know that most surveys can only earn you 10 points but the good thing is, they’re not long and exhaustive. However, 10 points are only worth 2,5 cents, less than one candy in your local supermarket. You need to brace yourself to complete up to 400 surveys.

Once you get the recommended points (4000), Tellwut will process the gift cards for 10 to 15 days before it gets to you. The gift cards you’re likely to get include Amazon, Starbucks, Walmart, Target, AMC Cinemas, Home Depot, Tango, etc.

Creating Surveys

Members can also earn points and ultimately get gift cards for creating surveys. It’s important to note that Tellwut will have to review your survey before it gets approved. You can get between 15 to 20 points once it gets approved. Members can also earn 5 to 10 points for filling out polls.

Make Money Through Referrals

Users can also get extra points through Tellwut’s referral program. You just have to refer a friend to get 25 points. The thing is, you can’t sign up your entire household through the program since they limit accounts to one per household.

Notice that referring friends to earn 25 points is ultimately slow and not profitable at all. You need to refer 160 people before you have earned one $10 gift card. If I would refer 160 people to some other online service like this, I already earn much more than $1,000. You can see a big difference.

Conclusion – Is Tellwut a Scam?

Tellwut is not a scam. It has received the average rating 3,8 stars out of 5 in Surveypolice based on 234 reviews. Many people have reported that they really send you gift cards when you have reached the limit.

However, we gave them only 2,0 out of 10. Why? Because the earning potential in Tellwut is so low. Those people who give it a better rating don’t know about better ways to make money online.

You will probably spend 3-4 hours to earn your first $10 gift card if you are very fast on answering surveys and your Internet connection is great. That’s much lower than a minimum salary in U.S. or Canada.

In the beginning of the post, I promised to tell you how I make money online. Here we go!

How I Earn Money Online? – No Surveys Included!

I have researched more than 60 survey sites and 250 make money online programs in total. I can’t recommend any survey sites because the earning potential was so low. But there are a few step-by-step training programs that I can recommend. All of them are created by successful Internet marketers and they know very well how to earn a living online.

Here are my top 3 recommendations:

2.Chris Farrell Membership – I love the way Chris Farrell teaches. Simply but effectively.

These programs teach slightly different strategies for making money online but I am using the one that Wealthy Affiliate teaches. It goes like this:

1.Choose an interest. (What is your passion? What is your main hobby? What do you like doing?)

My interest is at the moment making money online. I have also many other interests for example language learning, fitness and I can make money with those interests as well. Actually, I have a language learning website where I am using the same strategy and earning income as well.

2.Create a website. Nowadays it’s possible to build a website in 30 seconds.

I created this website YourOnlinRevenue.com. Here I am teaching a different kind of strategies for making money online and reviewing make money online programs. Your website can be anything you want. I have seen some very successful mom or fitness blogs for example.

3.Attract visitors.

It doesn’t help if you have a website but nobody visits there. You will get visitors by writing engaging articles to your website. Most of my traffic (70-80%) comes from search engines and the rest comes directly from writing my website’s name or from social medias like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and so on.

You can use whatever source of traffic you want by I recommend Google because it brings me consistent traffic whether I do anything or not. I can also teach you everything you need to know about getting ranked high on Google.

4.Earn revenue.

This is the most exciting part. I earn income by leaving links to different kind of products on my websites. When people go and buy something, I earn a commission. I follow the principle that I am only recommending products that I would use myself. That’s why I don’t recommend survey sites for example.

What Is InstaGC?

InstaGC is a typical get paid to a site where you will earn points by accomplishing little tasks like watching videos, downloading apps and answering surveys. When you have enough points you can exchange them for cash or gift cards. In InstaGC 100 points equal to $1.

Here is a video where I will show you how it looks inside InstaGC member’s area. I will also tell you whether their service is worth. In the end of the video, I show the service that I use to make money online.

How to Earn Points on InstaGC?

In order to earn cash and rewards, you need to earn points. Here is a screenshot from their homepage that gives you an idea how you can get points. We will get more into detail later but have a look at this picture first.

They say that you can “Earn points for things you already do online” and then they show you, for example, completing surveys, watching videos, shopping online and searching the web. That’s partially true but in my opinion, it’s a bit misleading marketing.

You will only earn points if you do the things that they want you to do. Let’s say that I watch prank videos on YouTube or search for ways to make a living online. Can I earn money on their website by doing those things? No, I can’t. Because I am forced to “work for them” and do the things that they want me to do.

Let’s take some examples how long it would take to earn $10 through InstaGC.

1.Completing Surveys:

It will take around 20 minutes to accomplish 85 points ($0,85) surveys. It means that you need to fill out 12 this kind of surveys before reaching $10 mark. It takes 20 min * 12 = 240 minutes = 4 hours. So, in theory, you could earn $2,5/per hour by completing surveys.

However, our calculation is quite optimistic. If your internet connection or computer is not fast, it can take much more time to go through the survey. Another thing is that they won’t probably offer 12 surveys right away. Third, it will take the time to move from one survey to another.

And the last but not least, many times you are disqualified from surveys after using 10 minutes answering them. All in all, I would say that online surveys are not worth it.

2.Other Ways

Online surveys are usually the most profitable way of earning money through sites like InstaGC. If it doesn’t pay off, other ways will hardly make even the same.

Visiting websites and watching videos may sound easy but usually, you’ll earn only a few cents for each task.

InstaGC Problems

I tried to sign up and log in to InstaGC while I am now living in Austria (originally I’m from Finland). They said that you need to connect the account immediately with your PayPal account or otherwise they don’t allow me to use their services in my country.

I thought that no problem, I just connect my PayPal account.

Well, it wasn’t that easy.

So, I sent them a message to solve this situation. They answered to my first request quickly which was a positive surprise. At the moment I am waiting for their response for my other message.

UPDATE: I received an answer later and was able to use InstaGC. However, I didn’t want to waste more time on their service as I mentioned in the video.

It seems that other members have also experienced similar problems with their service. Have a look at these InstaGC complaints.

One thing inside InstaGC is that they are trying to refer you to join into other get paid to sites. I think they are doing it because then they can earn some commission for each member that they have referred to other websites. Some members are becoming frustrated of their action.

 

Pros & Cons

Pros:

• They pay also in cash.
• You can cash out immediately (Minimum cash out is only $1 for Amazon gift cards. For cash, the minimum is $5.)
• They have already been around since 2011 which is quite good but not as much as bigger sites like PrizeRebel.
• Works also well on a smartphone

Cons:

• The earning potential is very low like in other get paid to sites
• You may end up wasting too much of your valuable time (and life) if you don’t pay attention
• You can’t earn passive income by accomplishing their offers. The only way is by referring other people to their website which is actually called affiliate marketing
• You may have some difficulties to get started if you are not living in the U.S.
• They are leading you to other survey sites which can feel a bit frustrating.

Conclusion – Is InstaGC a Scam?

To be honest, I think that there are three kinds of people using services like InstaGC.

1.People who don’t value their life and time.

2.People who don’t know about better ways to earn money (online).

3.People who are trying to fool you that you could earn well through InstaGC because they want to earn money through referrals.

I know that may sound a bit rude but it’s the truth.

Your earning potential online can be limitless. The idea is that you create income streams that bring you money whether you are working or not. First, you make one stream, then the second, then the third one and so on until you have reached a full-time income.

4.Earn commission by leaving links to products that you like. What are the products that you could recommend for your visitors? Are you playing tennis and you like the racket that you have? Do you have a guitar that other people should have? Whatever it is, you can earn money by leaving a link to Amazon and you will earn a commission when people buy it or another product.

Is Grabpoints a Scam? – Can You Really Earn +$15 Per Offer?

Grabpoints is a relatively new website but they were before known with a name Zoombucks. On their homepage, they are offering you to grab free rewards, gift cards, and cash. You can get them by accomplishing little tasks like watching videos, playing games, liking their Twitter or Facebook page, etc. Is Grabpoints a scam or a great opportunity to earn money online?

I signed up and made a research so you will get an honest answer by reading my review.

What Is Grabpoints?

Grabpoints is a reward site where you will earn money by doing little tasks. There are hundreds of similar sites online and I have researched more than 60 of them. I signed up to Grabpoints because their website looked clean, professional and user-friendly. Who knows if this would be another great way to add up my online income?

However, I was a bit skeptical because none of those “get paid to” sites haven’t been worth it. The payout is so small and it takes so much time to earn any money. The only fast way to make good money would be referring lots of friends and followers and then earn commissions. But my principle is that I don’t recommend services that I wouldn’t use myself.

I see many successful Internet marketers promoting online surveys but I know that they are not using time on surveys themselves. I want to have a good reputation and my followers can trust on everything that I say. That’s why I don’t recommend getting paid to sites. Okay, let’s take a look if Grabpoints is different and a more profitable option than those other sites.

How to Make Money with Grabpoints?

In Grabpoints you will earn points and then you can exchange them for money or gift cards. 1,000 points equal to $1. There are several ways to earn points so let’s go through them one by one.

1.Use invite code and fill out your profile

This happens quickly. You use this code XU2KNP to earn your first points and money. Then you are ready to fill out your profile by answering questions like:

• Where are you living?
• When were you born?
• What is your annual income?
• How many children do you have?
• And so on.

So, typical questions for survey sites. The information will help them to make statistics based on your answers and offer you surveys that suit your profile. After using the code and filling out the profile you have approximately 600-700 points.

2.Promote Grabpoints

As you can see in the picture above, you can earn quick 100 by connecting with Grabpoints in Twitter and Facebook. The bad news is that it equals only to $0,10.

You can also 500 points by posting a video to YouTube about Grabpoints. Well, I did it but my advice was that people shouldn’t use it.

3.Complete surveys

Probably the most typical way of earning points in this kind of sites. You can earn 450 by filling out a survey but it takes a relatively lot of time to earn that $0,45. In a regular job, you earn $0,45 every 1-5 minutes. But with surveys, you need to use at least 15-20 minutes to get the rewards.

I guess you understand why I am not a fan of online surveys. Even the most popular survey sites are crap.

4.Download and play mobile apps

You will earn 50-1,000 points for downloading mobile apps to your smartphone and accomplishing certain tasks. Sometimes the only requirement is to download the app to your phone but for bigger rewards like 1,000, you need to reach some level in a game. A task can be, for example, “Reach level 10 in Neverwinter game.”

5.Complete Offers

In my opinion, this is probably the most interesting section of Grabpoints. Their rewards look quite big and intriguing. (See the picture below.)

 

 

As you can see in the picture, they are promising $11-16 bonuses for accomplishing these offers. Should we try them? I googled Karamba, MegaCasino, and Bet-at-home to find out.

All of them had lots of negative reviews. People were reporting that it was impossible to withdraw the money. Somebody said that these services could delete the “Withdraw” button because it’s not working anyway. Another person said that giving your money on these guys is the same as giving your money to fraudsters.

That’s enough for me. I don’t want to waste my time chasing little money from casinos when I can make good money with affiliate marketing by providing important value for other people.

6.Watch videos

This is probably the least profitable section. They ask you to watch some useless videos and will pay you $0,005 for each one. A complete waste of time or what do you think?

7.Win contests

Every single day they have a contest who earns the most points in each country category: UK, US, Canada and the rest of the world. The first one will earn $1 and the 10th will earn $0,10.

They update rankings every 5 minutes so you can see how you have ranked in the contest. I took a look and noticed that it wouldn’t be so hard to win it. Have a glance at this example.

It shows that the leader has earned 2,485 points during today. If you earn 2,500 points, you are in the first place. However, this tells me one clear message. People have realized that it’s not worth to use their time on Grabpoints so they are not interested in winning the little contest of “$1 jackpot”.

8.Refer Friends

The most profitable way of earning money in every get paid to site. You can earn passive income because you will earn points depending on the points that your referrals make. Let’s say that you refer somebody into Grabpoints and he earns 1,000 points. You will get 500p as a reward. If this happens with 10 people, you have already earned $5.

However, referring people into time-waster services is not wise. And second, you can earn +$100 (and much more) by referring people to other kind of services.

Grabpoints Rewards

After you have earned enough points you can cash out through PayPal or take a gift card for Google Play, Facebook or to other services.

A positive thing is that your minimum cash out through PayPal is only $3. It means that you can get your money out quickly. But to be honest, I didn’t bother to go even that far because I know that I can earn money much faster by doing more valuable things.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

• Many different ways to earn points = money
• Cash out minimum is only $3
• They have a mobile app

Cons:

• The earning potential is very low like in other similar websites
• You waste your life if you use it on this kind of services
• They are offering some suspicious online casinos that are scamming people
• Earning points can give you an illusion of earning money fast even though in reality you need at least 3,000 points to cash out.
• Can’t earn passive income by accomplishing their tasks

Conclusion – Is Grabpoints a Scam?

It doesn’t seem to be a scam. I would like to give it more than 40 points out of 100 because it’s a bit better than some other survey sites. However, the earning potential is still ultimately low so I don’t want to use my valuable time on their site. If you still want to try it out using this code XU2KNP to get your first 500 points.

My advice is to go through Wealthy Affiliate step-by-step training if you are serious about making money online. Your earning potential will be honestly like 1,000 times bigger with the methods that you will learn there. I know many people who started their training without any prior knowledge or competence and now they are earning a full-time income online.
