Have you ever felt unmotivated to start your work and get it done? Have you ever thought how to motivate yourself to work? Don’t worry probably all of us feel it sometimes.
But the difference between the winners and the losers is how they react to that feeling. The losers will give the feeling win. The winners can change their feeling and after 5 minutes they will feel motivated to work again. How do they do it? I have a trick for you.
After reading this text you don’t need to wonder anymore how to motivate to work.
When you feel the unwillingness to work what do you usually do?
Do you scroll Facebook’s news feed?
Do you play something TOTALLY USELESS with your phone?
Do you organize your papers?
Do you read blogs on the Internet?
Notice one thing: Usually, you are doing something. You are doing something that you shouldn’t.
You are doing something that seems useful but still it’s not the work that you should be doing.
Try my exercise!
I want to mention that this exercise is highly effective if you do it well.
The point is that you don’t give yourself an alternative to doing something that would feel somehow useful. Don’t start to read the newspaper when you are doing the exercise. Don’t start to plan your weekend.
The idea is not to do anything.
You are giving yourself two alternatives:
1.Not doing anything
2.Working.
If you are a human being, homo sapiens, sooner or later you want to choose the alternative number 2, working.
Some people fail because they give themselves more options. They give themselves the option number 3: do something useless that feels somehow useful.
STOP DOING IT NOW!
Sit down like this orangutan and don’t do anything. After a little while working seems so interesting.
Step 1 Set 5-minute timer and start
Step 2 Sit down on the floor
Step 3 Don’t to anything.
If you feel like taking your phone, don’t do it. Just sit. Do it for 5 minutes. I mean don’t do anything for 5 minutes. Just sit with your brain OFF-mode.
Let me repeat.
Don’t.
Do.
Anything.
Sooner or later you will feel so bored that working starts to feel very interesting option.
Before the exercise, you can put the 5-minute timer. Start working right away when you feel like it again. Most of the time you don’t want to sit there and wait for 5 minutes because it feels like a long time if you are not doing anything.
In my opinion, motivational techniques can be very useful if you are building your own online business and being your own boss.

Social Media is an Incredible Resource for Bloggers
Today I’m going to give 5 benefits of social media marketing for bloggers. Read these carefully if you are a blogger and especially if you want to earn income from your blog.
Social media is an awesome tool for all bloggers and online marketers. You can engage with people, find new customers, market your brand and the sky is the limit.
1.More Traffic. You can share the links to your blog posts and articles. People in social media click those links which will mean more traffic to your blog.
You can use several ways to encourage people in social media to come to your website. For example use images, use questions and encourage action.
When people see that your content is valuable they will start to share your website in their social circle’s which allows you to get even more and more traffic.
2.More Customers. More traffic to your website will lead to more customers which will very probably lead to more revenue. Let’s say, for example, that the traffic of your blog is 5,000 visitors/month and 1% of them end up buying something. That makes 50 customers per month.
Then after social media marketing the traffic in your blog increases to 10,000/month and still 1% of them end up buying your product. Now you have already 100 customers every month.
3.Increased Brand Awareness. You can build your own brand in social media. Put your blog’s logo everywhere on the social networks. Leave tracks of your blog. And don’t worry that people will not get bored with your logo.
Think about Coca-Cola, for example. Everyone knows the brand. Why are they still marketing their brand everywhere? Because if they wouldn’t market it people would forget it over the time in the long run. But now when they put their ads everywhere and people can see their logo it’s easy to remember.
You can use the same strategy in your own social media marketing. Leave the tracks.
4.More Authority. More traffic, more customers and increased brand awareness. All of this will together lead to more authority. You will become better known in your niche and probably you can become a famous blogger.
It’s always beneficial to have more authority in the online world. People will trust you more, they will engage with you more and they will buy from you.
Become the authority. Continue building your blog and marketing it in the social media.
5.More Revenue. This is one of the most interesting parts. All 4 benefits that I mentioned before will eventually lead to more revenue. Social media marketing will allow you to earn more from your blog.
Sometimes you can even use some money for to market your blog in social media in order to get profit. Invest $10 in social media marketing and get $20 profit. But be careful when investing in social media marketing. You can end up losing money if you don’t know what you are doing.

Nowadays more and more people are interested in blogging and for a good reason. Writing a blog can be fun and you can earn the full-time income by writing a blog. But If you don’t have former experience of blogging, you may ask, “How to Learn to Write a Blog?”

If you want to become a better in writing blogs you need write a lot. There is no shortcut.
But the good news is:

You will become better when you practice and I recommend to write daily.
As you write something daily, writing will become your second nature. Think for example about riding a bicycle or driving a car. You don’t need to think about the process anymore because you have done it so much. The same will happen with writing. Just keep on doing it and it will feel as natural as breathing.
(Writing a lot will also help you to get ranked in Google. When you publish something every day you have much more content to be ranked in the search engines. If you, for example, write one post a day that means 365 posts in one year. Compare if you write only 1 post a week which makes 52 posts/year. 365 > 52.)
Write Daily – Improve Daily
As Ziglar said, you don’t have to be great to start. But after starting it’s important to learn and become better. Never stop learning.
Learning makes writing a blog also more interesting and gives satisfaction when you can compare your texts now and after one year. You can see how much you have improved and it motivates you to learn more.
In order to become a better writer you can for example
People who have written a blog for 5 years can still learn something new.
You can also start learning other things related to your blog. How to get ranked in Google, how to get more visitors to your website, how to do money with your blog using affiliate marketing and so on. The sky is the limit.

If you feel that your Twitter feed is too full, you follow too many people or your following limits are full I wrote you this quick tutorial “How to Unfollow People on Twitter Fast!”
I want to introduce you a free Twitter tool called Manageflitter. There are many useful Twitter tools in Manageflitter but today I’m going to show you how to unfollow people.
Learning this process takes you 5-10 minutes but it can save a big amount of your time in the long run.

Let’s go to the step-by-step instructions
Click the link and the following page will appear.
Click “Connect to Twitter >>”
You can automatically connect with you Twitter account so you don’t need to create a new account to Manageflitter. That option makes using many Twitter tools much easier because you don’t need to remember million different accounts but only your Twitter account.
Login with your twitter account and you are in!
It will probably take a little while until your data downloads to Manageflitter. Then you can continue.
As you have now logged in click menu on the top left, “Manage” and then “Unfollow” (see the image below).
Click “Unfollow”.
Then the unfollowing page appears to you.
On the left you can choose what kind of accounts you want to unfollow (See the image below).
You can for example choose Manageflitter show you the users
Let’s take for example the people who are not following me back.
Then you are on the page which allows you to unfollow people fast. You can see which accounts you are following but they are not following you back.
You can unfollow them simply by clicking “unfollow” -button (see the image below).
You don’t need to move your mouse after unfollowing because Manageflitter deletes automatically the accounts that you have already unfollowed. It makes the process much faster.
Then just “click, click, click and click.” So much as you want to unfollow.
In Manageflitter you have a daily unfollowing limit but you can get the limit bigger by following Manageflitter on Twitter, sending a tweet about Manageflitter or subscribing to their email list.
You can see the options in the center on top of the page.
With the premium account you would get unlimited daily follows and also many other tools. There are also many other tools in Manageflitter but today I only concentrated to unfollowing -option.

In affiliate marketing, you are earning commissions from the sold products. The commissions can be 4% or 80%. The product you sell can be $5 or $5,000.
The great way to earn income as an affiliate is selling expensive products with the good commission. Most of the time it’s quite hard to find such products. But finding expensive products with the lower commissions is easier.
Let’s imagine that you have a website that promotes fitness products. You can link for example treadmills, gym machines, and other equipment.
For example the price of the treadmill $1,299.00. Let’s say 5% commission for you (can be 10% also if you are doing well on Amazon). You make $65 for every sale.
$999,99 gym machine with 10% commission means $100 for every sale.
A comprehensive set of high-quality dumbbells $5,322 with 10% commission means $532 for every sale!!
People buy also expensive products online. Would it be fun to get your own share of the market?
The process of affiliate marketing is easy to learn
1.The company sells a product
2.You promote their product (=Leave a link of their website somewhere.)
3.Someone buys the product
4.You earn the commission.

I found the program called Bring the Fresh and I head to their website. The page seems appealing with all of the fancy colors.
Then I click to watch the introduction video which shows more or less the same message as most of the make-money-online programs, “Are you tired of bad programs? Our program is the best!” Typical story.
I scroll down the page and see a lot of testimonials (see the example below)
Sounds interesting…
Although I was quite skeptical about those numbers, the testimonials arouse my curiosity.
I see the button, “Let me join – RISK-FREE.” That sounds nice! I think that probably I can have a free trial account and try this program for a while.
WHAM! The next page opens where I’m asked to pay 55€ (=$62) in order to get in. I don’t feel like putting my money on the program that I don’t know.
The first impression with Bring the Fresh program wasn’t very nice. No trial account. Pay 55€ to try the program.
I decide to keep my money at least for a while and some thorough research about the program.
Today I will share my findings:

Bring the Fresh is an affiliate marketing training course. The subject of the training is more or less the same as in Niche Blitzkrieg, Affilorama, and Wealthy Affiliate (my #1 recommendation).
So the training covers
BTF provides a comprehensive video training. There are many successful people who have started earning money online after their course. The teaching style in BTF is entertaining and educative at the same time. It uses fancy colors and relevant examples which makes studying easier.
The training is designed for the beginners so you can start it even if you don’t previous experience from affiliate marketing.
Bring the Fresh is a community-based program which makes it better and easier to learn. You can talk with the people who have already succeeded in the online business and learn from them.
You can ask questions in the forum and someone will always answer. The community consists of +20,000 people (although probably some of them have already quit).
The great thing in the support is that you can contact the owners directly. This feature is certainly valuable because not in every program the founders are active.
The message from the founder.
The founder Kelly Felix has a long experience of online marketing which is definitely a good thing. You don’t only need to trust in his words because you can find the on the Internet. So at least the founder seems quite reliable.
Anyway, he is a “hard-boiled” businessman who also wants to get profit from his customers.
The pricing in Bring the Fresh is quite shady. Right away when you want to register, you need to pay about $60.
They don’t explain will there be any upsells or not.
But I made a little research and many people who had more experience with BTF said that there are so many upsells!
I don’t like that fact because they don’t say it right from the start. For example in Wealthy Affiliate, there are only fixed prices that you know right from the start. No shady upsells like in BTF.
In their front page, they market Bring the Fresh with the following phrase, “There are only TWO kinds of people who come to this website. People who make MONEY AND people who make EXCUSES.” (See the image below)
The description could be somehow through because many people are making excuses like, “I don’t have skills to earn money online.” “I’m too old (or too young).” and so on.
I know by experience that anyone can learn to earn money online. But Bring the Fresh is not the best resource for that. Their training can teach you several things but still there are better products out there with the better training and with the better price/quality rate.
If you are interested in earning money online I certainly prefer to start from Wealthy Affiliate rather than Bring the Fresh.
Bring the Fresh is definitely not a scam. It is a program worth trying and you can definitely benefit from their training. But I need to admit it’s not the best program out there.

Business is simple. Someone has a need and you will fill that need. Someone wants to buy something that you sell it. Today we are going to compare Online Business vs. Offline Business!
If we go back in time 30 years (or 20 years), there wasn’t such an opportunity like the online business. The business happened mainly in the physical world.
But the Internet has brought a lot of new possibilities.
What are the similarities and the differences between Online Business vs. Offline Business? Which one would be a better choice for you?

Some people think that online business is something like, ”Click, click, click, push enter and $10,000 will come to your bank account every month.”
The reality is that such “formula” just doesn’t work. Probably some people have such kind of image about online business because there are so many scams out there (Check 5 Incredible Tips to Avoid Online Scams).
In online and offline business you will need to work, work and work. There is no shortcut to success. You will need to get customers and (if you don’t luckily already have 10 million followers in social media) it will take some time to attract the customers. Then it’s really possible to make $10,000/month as these 5 guys.
You will need to do marketing and you need to have a good product to sell. One option also has to have a business by selling other people’s products.
In business, it’s always vital to think how to improve your service regardless your business happens in the offline and online world. At some point, you just need to start and take a leap of faith.
Offline business happens in a physical world and online business happens on the internet. It means that both of them have certain advantages and disadvantages. The Internet makes a lot of things easier than in the physical world.
Still for example Massage, manicure or pedicure will hardly happen in the online world. But it doesn’t mean the internet would be useless in that kind of businesses. The proper use of the online world can dramatically boost any those offline businesses.
Or let’s imagine that you own the kindergarten. You can’t move it magically from the United States to Canada in one day. If you have the responsibilities there and you need to work in the kindergarten you can’t take a one-month trip to Asia.
On the other hand, if you have an online business promoting or selling children’s clothes you can do it in the United States, Canada, Asia, Africa or literally anywhere where you can find the Internet connection.
Online business can give you a lot of freedom

Online business makes constant traveling anywhere you want possible.
But of course, it depends on a little bit what kind of online business you are doing. If you need a warehouse for your products it’s hard to take a whole warehouse with if you are traveling around.
But for example, affiliate marketing can be done without any kind of warehouse. Everything you need is the laptop and the Internet connection.
Do you know how many times people fail on average before they quit? The average is less than one. Because most of the people don’t even start.
Probably those people are afraid of the risks. When we are talking about the business there is always some kind of risks.
But most of the time the financial risks are way smaller in the online world.
Most of the online businesses can be started with about $100 of money (or you can start for free in Wealthy Affiliate) but many times in the physical world you need to rent an office and buy a lot of stuff before the business hasn’t even started.
In the online business, you can start for free. Get a free domain and start affiliate marketing. The only risk is the loss of time. But the loss of time sounds very much smaller risk than using $3,000/month for the rent and the employee in your beauty salon.
There are advantages in both, online and offline business. But being online releases usually much higher potential with the lower risk.

Even if you would have an offline business, basic online skills can highly boost your profit.
I prefer the online business because of its flexibility, low risks, and huge potential.

Probably every online entrepreneur, blogger and affiliate marketer are asking themselves “How to get more visitors to my website?”
That is the crucial question because visitors are the key to earning online revenue and passive income.
Today I’m going to share what is the most important factor when you are attracting more visitors.
Content, content and content. The most uccessful online entrepreneurs talk over and over again about the importance of content. That is the key to success online.
The content of your website is your asset. When you have your own domain, you 100% own your content. But first a quick question.
“What is content?”

Create more content DAILY .
Some people think this way, “I want to earn money online. Okay, I’ll just put some fancy ads on my website. Then I do some social media marketing probably and the money will flow to my bank account.”
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The purpose of your content must always (ALWAYS) be adding value to people’s life. To fill some of their needs, help them, make their life better and so on.

The focus of your content must be helping people.

Once you have valuable content on your website, people are willing to share your pages with their friends, in the social media and they begin to trust you more.
As you have your own domain, the ownership of your website’s content is totally yours. When you add something to Facebook (or to other social medias) you always need to follow their regulations.
But in your own website you can do whatever you want. (And remember to provide value)
Think your website as building a house. Brick by brick it becomes more and more valuable. When you add more content to your website, the value of your asset rises.

If you can provide the good answers for the people’s problems I can guarantee that you have the keys to success in your hands.
When someone is frustrated without finding the answers you can come and help him/her. Nothing works better that real helping.
Give them language learning tips, provide help with their business, help them with the music instruments. What is your strength? Use it!

Your content will compete with all the other content on the Internet. Why would people choose to read/watch your content? Probably you have done well SEO and now it can be found easily. But do you know what is probably the most powerful way to get visitor?
The most valuable content is something that other’s don’t provide. If you find the problem without an answer on the Internet you can jump because of the happiness.
There is your chance to succeed! Give valuable answers for that problem and you will succeed.

If you want to earn money online as an affiliate marketer, you may have asked yourself “How to Use Twitter for Affiliate Marketing?” Or in general, “How to use Twitter for social media marketing?

First of all, I want to highlight why using Twitter can be beneficial for you.
Twitter is a huge potential for you as an affiliate marketer. But you need to use it properly.
Let’s say that you put your affiliate link on Twitter.
How probably will someone buy the product through that link?
Think about your Twitter feed. You see tens and hundreds of different tweets. In one of them is a link from a person that you don’t even know.
Okay, you still click the link because the text was intriguing. You end up with a page where you would need to buy something. Let’s say the link takes you straight to Amazon and shows you the product. Would you buy it? Quite probably not. One little link from someone who you doesn’t know to a random product. Doesn’t sound very effective.
Someone of many thousands could end up buying it but I can say that there is a more profitable way of using Twitter than throwing affiliate links here and there.
In order to succeed in any business, you need to build trust. The same applies to affiliate marketing.
There are many ways to build trust in the online world and on Twitter.

Would you trust more the guy who has 100 followers on Twitter or the guy who has 100,000 followers on Twitter? I would prefer the latter.
Another, probably one of the most efficient ways to build trust is to provide valuable content. We tend to trust more those people who have given us something.
We trust in people who are helping us.
Help people somehow. Give solutions to their problems. Usually, in one message of 140 characters, you can’t build the very deep connection with your audience. That’s one reason you need to be consistent in your tweets.
140 characters may not be enough but as you link people to your website they can read, see and hear tons of your content. They can see who you are and what are you providing.
That builds trust.
Let’s take an example. Let’s say that you are promoting Tennis rackets. Instead of throwing one Amazon link to Twitter you can put a link to your review of that racket.
In your review, you provide 1 000 words of analysis about the racket, show pictures of it and maybe a video of you using the racket. Does it build a little more trust?
One guy stops you in the street and says, “Buy this product, you will like it. It will make your life better.”
Your best friend shows you how a new product has helped him to have a better life. He explains how this product could help you also. Which one of the person’s would you trust more? Your best friend or the stranger in the street?
People like to listen to their friend’s advice. Our friend’s opinions’ have value. You can utilize this information in your affiliate marketing business. Build relationships with the people and they will trust you more.
Sincerely try to help them and provide them value. They become more interested in what you are providing and many times they are willing to help you back.
Build relationships. Connect with people and help them.
In the other words, send messages on Twitter, reply, retweet, link them to your website and so on.
Honestly, who likes the person who is always only selling some of his/her own products. Always the advertisements. Doesn’t sound very interesting.
Remember that you can use Twitter not only for selling.
This will also build trust because people don’t see you only as a guy who is always selling something. They see you as a normal person and hopefully as their friend.

Update 26.12.2016. I have realized that on social media many different strategies can work. Even throwing the links can be quite effective. You can try what works the best for you and go for it. But remember to respect all other persons and provide them good value. That is the most important thing.
